Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WW3Planner, including the free service, WW3Planner PRO subscriptions, account functionality, battle-planning tools, databases and other digital features available through ww3planner.com.
01 // Acceptance of these terms
By accessing WW3Planner, creating an account, purchasing a WW3Planner PRO subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use paid WW3Planner services.
02 // About WW3Planner
WW3Planner is an independent, unofficial, fan-made planning and reference service created for players of Conflict of Nations: World War 3.
WW3Planner is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by the developer, publisher, distributor, or owner of Conflict of Nations: World War 3.
Third-party game names, trademarks, logos and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
03 // The service
WW3Planner provides digital planning, reference and analytical functionality for game-related use.
Features may include:
- battle and stack calculations;
- unit statistics and comparisons;
- unit levels and doctrine information;
- building databases;
- map and scenario information;
- combat projections and tactical planning tools;
- FREE and PRO account functionality;
- additional digital tools introduced in the future.
WW3Planner is a planning tool and does not guarantee that every projection, statistic or calculated outcome will perfectly reproduce an in-game result.
04 // User accounts
Some functionality requires a WW3Planner account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate registration information;
- maintaining the security of your login credentials;
- keeping access to your registered email secure;
- activity carried out through your account.
Accounts may not be sold, commercially shared or transferred for the purpose of providing unauthorized access to paid WW3Planner functionality.
05 // FREE access
WW3Planner may provide part of its functionality without payment.
FREE access may contain limitations relating to available units, unit levels, doctrines, datasets, calculations or other premium functionality.
FREE features and limits may be changed as WW3Planner develops.
06 // WW3Planner PRO
WW3Planner PRO is a paid digital subscription providing access to additional functionality and content.
PRO functionality may include:
- additional units and unit families;
- additional unit levels;
- doctrine information;
- expanded verified datasets;
- advanced battle-planning features;
- officers, elite units and other supported content;
- new PRO-only features introduced in the future.
Purchasing PRO grants a personal, limited right to use the relevant paid functionality during the active subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of WW3Planner software, databases, designs, content or intellectual property.
07 // Subscription plans and renewal
WW3Planner may offer recurring subscription plans with billing periods including:
- 1 month;
- 3 months;
- 6 months;
- 1 year.
The price, billing period, taxes, fees and other purchase information shown during checkout form part of the terms applicable to that purchase.
Recurring subscriptions may automatically renew for another billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date, subject to the information presented during checkout and any mandatory legal requirements.
08 // Payments and Whop
Payments for WW3Planner PRO are processed using Whop and Whop Payments.
WW3Planner is the supplier of the WW3Planner PRO digital service. Whop provides the payment platform and payment-processing infrastructure used to complete and administer transactions.
For purchases processed through Whop or Whop Payments, Whop may act as merchant of record solely in connection with payment processing and settlement as described in Whop’s applicable terms. This does not make Whop the supplier or operator of WW3Planner.
Whop and its financial or payment partners may handle matters including:
- payment authorization and processing;
- supported payment methods;
- recurring subscription charges;
- payment credentials and payment-method storage;
- transaction receipts;
- payment fraud prevention and verification;
- payment reversals and payment-layer disputes;
- taxes or fees where applicable to the transaction.
Whop may appear on your card or bank statement as the payment processor. WW3Planner should be identified as the supplier of the WW3Planner PRO service at checkout or on the applicable purchase receipt.
Questions about WW3Planner PRO access, service functionality, subscription benefits or product-related refund requests should be directed to WW3Planner.
Questions relating specifically to a Whop payment-layer issue, such as an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment or processing error, may also be handled by Whop in accordance with Whop’s applicable buyer terms.
Additional terms presented by Whop during checkout may apply to the payment transaction.
WW3Planner does not directly store your complete payment card details.
09 // Subscription cancellation
A recurring subscription may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Cancellation may be completed through an available WW3Planner-authorized subscription-management mechanism, Whop subscription controls where available, or another cancellation method communicated to the customer.
Unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process, cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove access that has already been paid for.
PRO access will normally remain available until the end of the current paid access period. After that period ends, the account may automatically return to FREE access.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate matters. Refund requests are governed by the WW3Planner Refund Policy.
10 // Prices
WW3Planner may change its subscription pricing in the future.
A future price change does not retroactively change a billing period that has already been paid for.
Where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules, customers will be informed of changes affecting future recurring payments.
11 // Availability and development
WW3Planner is actively developed and may change over time.
We may:
- add, update or remove features;
- change layouts and interfaces;
- correct inaccurate data;
- update combat calculations;
- change supported units or levels;
- temporarily suspend functionality for maintenance;
- replace or discontinue outdated functionality.
We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee that WW3Planner will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
12 // Game data and calculation accuracy
WW3Planner may use manually verified observations, in-game information, calculations, research and other game-related data.
Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, WW3Planner does not guarantee that:
- all statistics are free from errors;
- all data is current at every moment;
- calculations match every possible in-game situation;
- third-party game mechanics will remain unchanged.
WW3Planner should be treated as an unofficial planning and reference service rather than an official game authority.
13 // Acceptable use
WW3Planner may be used for legitimate personal gaming-related purposes.
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to WW3Planner systems;
- bypass or attempt to bypass PRO access controls;
- exploit or intentionally abuse security vulnerabilities;
- interfere with normal operation of the website;
- perform abusive automated requests or attacks;
- distribute malware through the service;
- use another person’s account without authorization;
- copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit protected WW3Planner functionality or databases without permission.
14 // Intellectual property
Except for third-party trademarks and materials belonging to their respective owners, WW3Planner’s original software, calculations, databases, written content, designs, graphics, branding and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Accessing the service or purchasing PRO does not transfer ownership of these materials to the user.
15 // Third-party services
WW3Planner may rely on or link to third-party services, including Whop, payment and financial service providers, hosting providers, email systems, community platforms and other external websites.
Those third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical systems.
WW3Planner cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of independent third-party services.
16 // Community services
WW3Planner may link to Discord communities or other community services.
Participation in those communities is separate from a WW3Planner subscription and may be subject to additional platform terms or community rules.
17 // Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- payment abuse;
- serious violations of these Terms;
- attempts to bypass access controls;
- security threats;
- unlawful use of the service.
Expiration or cancellation of PRO does not necessarily terminate the underlying account. The account may instead return to FREE access.
18 // Disclaimer
WW3Planner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, entirely free of errors, or suitable for every individual purpose.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19 // Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WW3Planner is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from reliance on game calculations, strategy information, third-party platform changes, unavailable services or gameplay decisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
20 // Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the WW3Planner Privacy Policy.
That policy explains what information may be processed, why it is processed and which third-party services, including payment providers, may be involved.
21 // Refunds and consumer rights
Product-related refund eligibility and refund requests are governed by the WW3Planner Refund Policy, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Where WW3Planner approves a product-related refund, the payment reversal may be processed through Whop or the payment method used for the original transaction.
Separate payment-layer issues, including certain duplicate, unrecognized or incorrectly processed charges, may be handled by Whop in accordance with Whop’s applicable terms and payment procedures.
Nothing in the Refund Policy or these Terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer.
22 // Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when WW3Planner functionality, subscriptions, payment systems, third-party providers or applicable requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated where required.
