WW3Planner is currently operated as an independent digital project from the Netherlands.

02 // Information We May Process

Depending on how you use WW3Planner, we may process the following categories of information:

• account information such as username and email address;
• account access level, including FREE, PRO or administrative access status;
• subscription status, subscription period and access entitlement information;
• Whop customer, membership, transaction, payment or subscription identifiers where necessary to connect a purchase with your WW3Planner account;
• limited purchase information received through Whop, such as transaction status, subscription state, billing period, renewal or cancellation status, and the email address associated with a purchase;
• communications that you send to WW3Planner support;
• technical information such as browser, device, IP-related, security and server-log information where generated by the website, hosting environment or security systems;
• cookie and consent preferences;
• website usage statistics where you have granted consent for analytics.

03 // Accounts & Authentication

WW3Planner allows users to create accounts in order to access account functionality and, where applicable, PRO features.

WordPress is used as part of the account infrastructure. Passwords are not stored by WW3Planner in readable plain text. Authentication credentials are handled using WordPress security mechanisms.

Account-related data may be processed where necessary to authenticate users, maintain access permissions, restore access, prevent abuse and provide account support.

06 // Local Storage & Browser Data

WW3Planner features may use cookies or local browser storage to remember technical settings, user choices or application state.

Some browser storage is necessary for the operation of the site, account system, security features or consent management. Optional storage used for analytics is controlled through the consent mechanism described above.

You can also clear stored website data using the controls provided by your browser.

• associate Whop purchases or memberships with WW3Planner accounts;

• understand website usage and improve WW3Planner where you have consented to analytics;

Some service providers used by WW3Planner may process information outside the Netherlands or European Economic Area.

WW3Planner keeps personal information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, subscription management, support, security, dispute handling and legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information.

Whop, its financial partners or other service providers may retain payment, transaction or compliance-related information for periods required by their own legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention or contractual obligations.

Data controlled by WW3Planner that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymized or otherwise removed where reasonably possible.

WW3Planner uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and service information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or loss.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should not reuse passwords from unrelated services.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request:

• access to personal information held about you;
• correction of inaccurate information;
• deletion of information in appropriate circumstances;
• restriction of certain processing;
• objection to certain processing;
• withdrawal of consent;

WW3Planner may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Where information is controlled independently by Whop or another third-party service provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly regarding rights over information held by them.

14 // Account & Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your WW3Planner account and associated personal information by contacting support.

Some limited information may need to be retained where necessary for legal obligations, payment records, security, fraud prevention or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Deleting data held by WW3Planner does not automatically delete information independently held by Whop, payment providers or other third-party services under their own legal or contractual obligations.

15 // Children

WW3Planner is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the relevant online or payment services in their jurisdiction.

If you believe personal information has been provided in a way that requires removal, contact WW3Planner support.

16 // External Websites & Services

WW3Planner may contain links to external websites, payment platforms, game resources, community services or other third-party platforms.

WW3Planner is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of websites and services operated by third parties. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.

17 // Changes To This Privacy Policy

WW3Planner may update this Privacy Policy when the service, technology, legal requirements, payment systems or third-party providers change.

The effective or updated date displayed at the top of this page indicates the current version.

Material changes affecting existing paid services or privacy rights may be communicated where appropriate.
