I paid but PRO is not active

Wait a few moments and refresh My WW3Planner. If PRO still does not activate, contact support using the email address connected to your WW3Planner account and Whop purchase. Do not purchase the same plan again while the first payment is being investigated.

How do I cancel PRO?

Cancelling stops future automatic renewals. Your existing paid PRO access normally remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for.

How do refunds work?

WW3Planner PRO does not include a voluntary change-of-mind money-back guarantee once paid access or digital service delivery has begun. Refunds may still apply for qualifying payment errors, unresolved technical failures, exceptional cases or where required by law. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Calculator data looks wrong

Send the exact unit, level, doctrine, terrain, modifiers and other relevant battle details so the calculation can be investigated accurately.

Can I report incorrect unit data?

Yes. Select Unit Data as the transmission type and include the exact unit, level, doctrine and the value you believe is incorrect.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Select Privacy / Account Deletion and send the request using the email address associated with your WW3Planner account. Identity verification may be required before deletion.
