Rotary Wing Officer
The Rotary Wing Officer — shown in-game as the Helicopter Veteran — is the command unit for helicopter stacks. It fights as a helicopter itself, boosts helicopter attack and speed for units in its army including itself, and later gains cruise-missile capability.

How The Officer Should Be Applied
1. Add the Rotary Wing Officer as a normal helicopter unit with its own HP, speed, target-specific attack/defense, range and detection values.
2. Read officer level and apply the matching Army Boost: ATK +5% to +35% and SPD +5% to +20%.
3. Apply that bonus to eligible helicopter units in the same army, including the officer itself.
4. Keep cruise-missile capability separate: one firing opportunity every 12 in-game hours after the relevant missile research is unlocked.
5. Keep doctrine-specific officer records even though the captured Army Boost table matches across all three doctrines.
