RESOURCES STRATEGIC ECONOMY

Resources power research, construction, unit mobilization and daily military upkeep. Every expansion decision competes for the same national stockpile.

[ RESOURCE TYPES ]

The National Stockpile

Cities and provinces generate several resource types. Each one fills a different role in national development, military production or upkeep.

01 // FOUNDATION

Supplies

A fundamental development resource used broadly across research, construction and military mobilization. Supplies are particularly important when balancing early expansion against army growth.

02 // INDUSTRY

Components

Heavily used for construction and mobilization, especially armored, naval and air forces. Components quickly become central to expanding both military strength and infrastructure.

03 // PERSONNEL

Manpower

Required for the mobilization and upkeep of military units. A large military cannot be maintained without sufficient personnel capacity.

04 // TECHNOLOGY

Rare Materials

Important for advanced technologies and research. Rare Materials become especially significant when pursuing high-end military capabilities.

05 // ENERGY

Fuel

Important to construction and unit upkeep and also involved in missile-warhead production. Fuel is not used for normal research.

06 // SYSTEMS

Electronics

Used extensively by advanced buildings and vehicle-dependent military forces, including armored, support, aviation and naval systems.

07 // FINANCE

Money

Money is used throughout the national economy and is the currency used to buy and sell tradable resources through the Market.

[ ECONOMIC OUTPUT ]

Production Rates By Territory

Territory ownership status determines the maximum resource-production rate before other economic bonuses are considered.

100% Homeland City Full homeland production rate.
50% Annexed City Improved production after annexation.
25% Occupied City Reduced output before annexation.
50% Province Province resource-production rate.
[ ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ]

Increasing Production

City Economy

  • Annexation // raises an occupied city’s production rate.
  • Arms Industry // increases city resource production.
  • Air & Naval Bases // can add production bonuses in cities.
  • Recruiting Office // specifically increases manpower output.
  • Population & Morale // influence economic production.

Province Economy

  • Local Industry // increases province resource production.
  • Morale // affects how effectively territory produces.
  • Population // contributes to economic performance.
  • Time // resource production continues in real time.
  • Market // can help cover shortages in tradable resources.
[ RESOURCE FLOW ]

Where The Stockpile Goes
