Level 1 does not display the eye property. From Level 2 onward the eye/scouting property appears in all three doctrine lines. This functional unlock is more important than treating each level as a simple damage increase.

Recon Vehicles combine armored mobility with forward battlefield intelligence. European favors soft-target damage, Eastern favors lower mobilization cost, while Western gives the scouting element the greatest survivability.
