NAVAL OFFICER
Fleet force-multiplier combining personal combat power with army-wide bonuses. The Naval Officer carries stealth, cruise-missile capability, broad naval and air-defense coverage, radar and sonar, while progressively increasing the attack, defense and movement speed of the naval stack sailing with him — including himself.

Signature Mechanic // Army-Wide Officer Boost
The Naval Officer’s defining mechanic is the percentage boost
applied to the units in his army or stack, including himself.
The progression begins at +5% attack, +5% defense and +5% speed,
then scales to +20% attack, +20% defense and +15% speed at Level 7.
These percentage bonuses remain separate from the officer’s own
direct combat-vector values.
Officer ATK / DEF Boost
+5% → +20%
Applies to the army or stack, including the officer.
Speed Boost
+5% → +15%
Independent officer-bonus field.
Sensors
Radar + Sonar
Both systems are explicitly part of the officer package.
Special Suite
Stealth + Cruise
Separate utility mechanics, not generic damage bonuses.

Select Doctrine & Level
All three doctrines share the same verified seven-level
officer combat and boost progression. Doctrine selection
changes research timing; level selection updates HP, speed,
boost percentages, range and the active combat-vector row.

Officer Boost Rule // Separate From Personal Stats
ATK, DEF and SPD officer bonuses are stack-level percentage
effects. They are not baked into the direct combat vectors below
and should not be silently applied twice. Calculator logic should
keep the personal unit stats and the officer’s army-wide percentage
modifiers as separate layers.

Combat Vector Rule // Preserve Position Order
The attack vector contains ten supplied target positions and the
defense vector contains the visible defensive positions from the
source. Because the complete icon-to-target mapping is not
textually supplied here, positions remain unlabeled rather than
receiving invented target-class names. Never sum the full vector
into one generic damage value.
[ CORE SPECIAL MECHANICS ]
Officer Utility Suite
Stealth
Active
The supplied property states the unit is not visible
while not engaged in combat where the stealth property applies.
Cruise Missiles
Launch Capable
Capacity scales with level. Supplied missile popups
show a 12-hour reload. Exact per-level capacities are
not numerically supplied in this dossier.
Radar
Present
Radar is explicitly part of the officer sensor package
and remains separate from Sonar and combat range.
Sonar
Present
Sonar is independently confirmed and must not be merged
with Radar or treated as direct combat damage.

Economy Rule // Preserve Source Columns
The source provides ordered cost and upkeep sequences without
a complete safe text label for every resource position in this
dossier. Those values are therefore preserved exactly in order
and are not renamed or redistributed across invented resource
categories.
[ UPGRADE INTELLIGENCE ]
Naval Officer Breakpoints
L1
Force Multiplier Online
HP 45 with +5% ATK, +5% DEF and +5% speed.
Radar, Sonar, stealth and cruise-missile utility are
part of the officer package.
L3
Double-Digit Combat Boost
ATK and DEF boosts increase from +5% to +10%.
HP reaches 55 while direct combat vectors continue scaling.
L5
+15% Fleet Combat
ATK and DEF bonuses rise to +15%, speed remains +10%,
HP reaches 65 and combat range remains 100.
L7
Maximum Fleet Commander
HP reaches 80 with +20% ATK, +20% DEF and +15% speed.
Direct ATK and DEF vectors also reach their highest supplied values.
Source Separation // Officer Mechanics
The doctrine research days are explicit and therefore update
directly with the selector. The seven-level combat curve and
officer bonuses are shared across doctrines. Stealth, Radar,
Sonar and cruise missiles remain separate special mechanics.
The source states that cruise-missile capacity scales with level,
but does not provide a complete per-level numeric capacity table
here, so no capacities are invented.
